January 8th - sledding

Yeah, a little behind here...just got the photos downloaded, which is almost as bad as being this late posting something from January!

Darren and I took Koralyn sledding by our house. It was pretty cold, but you can only take so much of being cooped up inside. I will note, however, that Koralyn has become VERY good at the Wii, which has been a great way to spend time together this winter inside.



The ground was pretty packed, so sledding was fast! Everything was good until Koralyn went right into a firmly-packed, iced-over mound of dirt. Fortunately it stunned her more than anything, but after drying a few tears she was right back at it.



The trip down the hill was fun, however she was not a fan of walk back up. Darren got his workout that day!
